A Shared Passion for Speed
The 0-60 Acceleration was founded in 2024 by Brenda and Brian Harris, a husband and wife team united by their passion for fast cars and acceleration metrics. Brenda and Brian met at an autocross racing event back in 2015, where they first bonded over their mutual love of high-performance vehicles.

As the blog’s CTO, he ensures the site runs fast while handling heavy loads.
The Idea for 0-60 Acceleration
After being married for a few years, Brenda and Brian decided to combine their unique skillsets and launch the 0-60 Acceleration. They saw a need in the marketplace for a site dedicated specifically to acceleration metrics, something all performance automotive enthusiasts care about.

Brenda Harris is the founder and CEO of 0-60 Acceleration. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from MIT and a Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering from Stanford University. With over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, Brenda is considered an expert in vehicle performance and acceleration. Her passion for fast cars led her to create the 0-60 Acceleration in 2024 as a platform to provide car enthusiasts with reviews, how-to guides, and the latest news on 0-60 times, quarter mile times, and other acceleration metrics. When she’s not test driving the latest supercars or writing about the world of speed, Brenda enjoys autocross racing, horseback riding, and spending time with her husband Brian and their two kids.
Brian Harris

Brian Harris is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of 0-60 Acceleration . He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Caltech and a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Georgia Tech. With over 15 years of experience developing high-performance web applications, Brian oversees the technical operations and development of the 0-60 Acceleration . He is considered an expert in leveraging technology to build fast, reliable websites capable of handling high traffic loads. Brian met his wife Brenda at an autocross racing event in 2015, bonding over their shared need for speed. When he’s not optimizing the blog’s servers, Brian enjoys playing chess, hiking, and keeping up with the latest developments in web technology.
